Online learning gives students the flexibility to learn at their own pace and on their own schedule, anywhere and anytime an internet connection is available. Online courses are fully self-directed, and do not require a separate skills testing.
Blended learning combines the flexibility of online learning with instructor lead skills practice, in which a student completes part of the course in a self-directed manner online, followed by a hands-on skills session. The hands-on skills session is completed in person with a Breath Of Life Instructor. Successful blended learning can reach students with varying learning styles and in different environments.
A powerful advantage of traditional classroom learning is its multi-sensory appeal. You can listen to an instructor, view videos or PowerPoint presentations, participate in face-to-face group discussions, and ask questions along the way. If you struggle to focus, the exchange of dialogue that exists in a classroom setting can help you stay engaged and retain knowledge. In addition you can build personal and professional relationships with peers and faculty.
